Your role will include:
Qualifying new enquiries before introducing them to our sales team.
Helping our sales team with the post-booking support process.
Liaising with our supplier partners to ensure the highest service levels are achieved for our guests.
Interacting with our guests by answering questions, providing additional support and ensuring they have a seamless experience leading up to their trip departure.
Interacting with our sales and finance teams to ensure every detail of a trip booking is covered.
Ensuring that the lodges, trips and experiences recommended on our website, and guest communications, are of the highest standard and meet our brand criteria.
Keeping up to date with developments across our destinations including new lodges and hotels, health advice, changes of management and flight connections.
Helping to shape the Timbuktu brand and create the best company to book with in travel!
Who you might be:
You are knowledgable and love all things travel.
You might be experienced in travel, but this is a bonus and not required.
You have an amazing attention to detail.
You have capacity to embrace change as we pioneer the new way to discover and book trips.
You are passionate about working with people and customer service.
You have the ability to think quickly on your feet, calmly defusing problems as they arise.
You have a desire to make exploring remote places easier for everyone.
