Digital Marketing Assistant

Your role will include:

  • Assist in managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube, Performance Max)

  • Assist with managing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram 

  • Build new digital campaigns; including keyword research, audiences and landing pages

  • Write ad and landing page copy

  • Manage and update data in Excel

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance 

  • Use Google Analytics to track on site performance and conversions 

  • Conduct competitor analysis

  • Support broader digital marketing efforts where necessary

  • Help to shape the Timbuktu brand and create the best company to book with in travel!

Who you might be:

  • You have basic experience with Google Ads and Meta (2 years experience or relevant certification). Experience with Google Analytics is a plus

  • You have a strong understanding of Excel

  • You have experience with Hubspot - this is a bonus but not essential

  • You are comfortable working with numbers and data

  • You pay strong attention to detail

  • You enjoy problem solving, you take the initiative and you are eager to learn

  • You have experience in e-commerce and/or travel
